Vyasa Avatar is regarded as one of the most significant incarnations of Lord Vishnu. He appeared as Sage Vyasa, also known as Ved Vyasa, the son of Sage Parashara and Satyavati. Vyasa divided the single Veda into four parts — Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda, and Atharvaveda — to make them accessible for humanity. He is also credited as the author of the Mahabharata and the Puranas. His wisdom laid the foundation of Sanatana Dharma’s scriptures.
