Child saint and author of Dnyaneshwari, who made divine knowledge accessible to allसंत ज्ञानेश्वर एक तेजस्वी बाल संत थे, जिनका जन्म एक ऐसे परिवार में हुआ जिसे समाज ने ठुकरा दिया, पर वे उसी समाज को आध्यात्मिक ऊँचाई देने आए।
Sant Dnyaneshwar was a radiant child saint, born into a family shunned by society but destined to uplift it spiritually. At the age of 16, he composed the Dnyaneshwari, a divine commentary on the Bhagavad Gita written in Marathi, so that even the unlettered could drink the nectar of spiritual wisdom. With profound insight and poetic brilliance, he taught that God dwells in all — in the smallest life form, in speech, in silence. Despite being deeply hurt by social rejection, he remained soft-hearted and full of compassion. He believed in atma-vidya — self-realization through love and devotion. Alongside his siblings, including the saint Muktabai, he led a spiritual revolution that still flows through the Warkari tradition. At just 21, he voluntarily entered Sanjeevan Samadhi in Alandi, becoming one with the eternal. His light continues to shine through every verse of the Dnyaneshwari, guiding seekers toward inner truth.
